Você fará parte do time de marketing AI/R Group, onde a Compass UOL faz parte, buscamos um Copywriter Pleno para atuar em um squad de branding. Você será responsável por criar conteúdos estratégicos 100% em inglês, fortalecendo nossa presença global e apoiando ações de marketing digital em um ambiente inovador e colaborativo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Redigir landing pages com foco em alta conversão;
  • Criar peças digitais e conteúdos para redes sociais;
  • Desenvolver convites e demais peças para eventos presenciais e online;
  • Redigir e-mails com foco em geração de leads;
  • Criar peças publicitárias para campanhas no Facebook e Google Ads;
  • Apoiar o time de gestão com informações claras e bem estruturadas;
  • Garantir a aplicação consistente do tom de voz da marca;
  • Participar de reuniões para apresentação de campanhas e entendimento de briefings;
  • Executar campanhas estratégicas, desenvolvidas do zero, em diversos formatos;

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Formação completa em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo, Letras ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em marketing digital;
  • Experiência prévia em redação, edição e revisão;
  • Experiência em organização e gestão de tempo;
  • Capacidade de adaptação a ambientes dinâmicos;
  • Compromisso com a qualidade das entregas, organização e documentação;
  • Experiência em Microsoft Application Insights;
  • Desejável: Conhecimento em Espanhol para escrita;
  • Obrigatório: Fluência em Inglês para escrita e conversação.
