• Projetar e desenvolver soluções robustas de automação utilizando UiPath, com foco em escalabilidade, reutilização e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
• Atuar como referência técnica na equipe, garantindo a integração eficiente das automações com sistemas legados e modernos;
• Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe ou de forma independente;
• Diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos e operacionais críticos, assegurando a continuidade e performance das automações em produção;
• Conduzir treinamentos e mentorias para desenvolvedores RPA, disseminando conhecimento sobre técnicas avançadas, REFramework e arquitetura de soluções;
• Participar ativamente na definição de padrões, governança e roadmap de automação da organização.

• Sólida experiência com desenvolvimento em UiPath, incluindo domínio do REFramework e práticas de desenvolvimento orientadas a testes;
• Experiência avançada com UiPath Orchestrator: configuração, monitoramento, agendamento e troubleshooting de processos;
• Vivência com controle de versão utilizando GIT;
• Habilidade de comunicação clara e estratégica com áreas de negócio e TI;
• Conhecimento em UiPath Maestro e Agent Builder.
• Experiência prática com Power Automate (Cloud e Desktop);
• Desejáveis: Certificações oficiais UiPath (Developer, Solution Architect, etc.) ou de outras ferramentas. Experiência com outras ferramentas de RPA. Experiência prática com Power Automate (Cloud e Desktop). Experiência prática com Python;
