• Acompanhar e garantir a execução dos projetos estratégicos do e-commerce;
• Atuar como elo entre áreas de negócio e times de projeto, promovendo alinhamento e comunicação eficaz;
• Consolidar informações e gerar relatórios executivos para apoiar a tomada de decisão;
• Implementar e manter boas práticas de gestão de projetos;
• Promover colaboração entre os times e facilitar a resolução de impedimentos;
• Realizar reportes para gerentes executivos e diretores.

• Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas;
• Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos;
• Certificações em metodologias ágeis ou tradicionais (PMI, Scrum, etc.);
• Experiência com OKRs e gestão por indicadores;
• Conhecimentos em Kanbanize, Métricas Ágeis, Microsoft Project e OKR;
• Desejável: Vivência em projetos de transformação digital ou reestruturação organizacional, Experiência em gestão de projetos no contexto de e-commerce de varejo, Inglês avançado.
