Responsabilidades e atribuições

· Atuar como Desenvolvedor hands-on: pair programming, code review e resolução de impedimentos críticos;


· Acompanhamento de equipe quanto a performance e organizando feedback para ajudar no crescimento profissional;


· Participar do processo de arquitetura de software, alinhando requisitos de negócio e tecnologia;


· Ser ponto focal em refinamentos técnicos, apoiando arquiteto na apresentação da visão para squads multidisciplinares;


· Capacidade e experiência em tomar decisões, frente a algum impeditivo ou imprevisto, para o bom andamento dos projetos e equipe;


· Dialogar com parceiros, fornecedores e times internos para remover bloqueios e garantir a entrega;


· Garantir boas práticas de observabilidade, testes, segurança e performance no ciclo de vida do software.

Requisitos e qualificações

· Conhecimento em linguagens de programação como Java, JavaScript, Python, ou C#

· Conhecimento em banco de dados Oracle

· Conhecimento em sistemas de telefonia ou desenvolvimento de aplicações de URA (Com conhecimentos em Composer Genesys)

· Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de APIs

· Capacidade de resolução de problemas e atenção aos detalhes

· Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e boa comunicação
