Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções de Agentic AI utilizando AWS Bedrock e modelos de linguagem (LLMs).
  • Integrar e automatizar fluxos de classificação, priorização e recomendação de chamados.
  • Aplicar técnicas de NLP e NLU para análise e categorização inteligente.
  • Desenvolver e consumir APIs RESTful, WebRTC e WebSocket.
  • Criar e manter pipelines de dados e fluxos automatizados em ambientes cloud (AWS).
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com times de desenvolvimento, dados e negócios, utilizando metodologias ágeis.
  • Garantir versionamento, rastreabilidade e boas práticas de código em repositórios Git

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência com Inteligência Artificial, NLP, NLU, LLMs e Foundation Models (FMs).
  • Domínio de Python.
  • Conhecimento em Cloud Computing (preferencialmente AWS).
  • Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experiência em controle de versão (GitHub, Bitbucket, Git).
  • Familiaridade com frameworks de Deep Learning (TensorFlow / Keras).
  • Experiência na implementação de APIs RESTful, WebRTC e WebSocket.
