Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Desenvolver soluções preditivas utilizando métodos clássicos de machine learning, incluindo: Regressão (linear e logística), classificação modelos de séries temporais, arvores de decisão, gradient Boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost) e KNN;
  • Conduzir análises exploratórias completas (EDA), identificando padrões, inconsistências e oportunidades de transformação dos dados;
  • Executar pré-processamento avançado: limpeza, normalização, encoding, tratamento de outliers e balanceamento;
  • Selecionar e construir variáveis relevantes (feature engineering), aplicando técnicas estatísticas e conhecimento de negócio;
  • Implementar modelos preditivos com foco em performance, interpretabilidade e impacto estratégico;
  • Validar modelos utilizando métricas adequadas, técnicas de cross-validation e tuning de hiperparâmetros;
  • Atuar diretamente com o cliente, participando de discussões de backlog, refinamento de requisitos e proposição de melhorias técnicas e de processo;
  • Documentar análises, decisões técnicas e resultados de forma clara e estruturada.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência prática com Python aplicado a ciência de dados e machine learning;
  • Vivência com plataformas como Databricks ou AWS;
  • Domínio de técnicas de validação de modelos, tuning de hiperparâmetros e métricas de avaliação (AUC, F1, RMSE, MAPE etc.).
