Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Criar, parametrizar, validar, implementar e acompanhar regras e políticas no motor antifraude (Crivo);
  • Monitorar indicadores de prevenção à fraude, elaborar e atualizar relatórios de performance e atuar em incidentes relacionados ao sistema Crivo;
  • Garantir o funcionamento e a eficácia do motor antifraude, ajustando regras e processos para reduzir falsos positivos e aumentar a segurança das transações;
  • Participar de reuniões e projetos com o time de estratégia LATAM, avaliando impactos, sugerindo novas estratégias e assegurando a aderência às particularidades de cada país;
  • Apoiar testes e implantações de novas políticas antifraude, contribuindo com avaliações técnicas e recomendações de melhorias;
  • Propor automações e otimizações de processos operacionais para aumentar a eficiência e mitigar riscos.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência prévia em sistemas antifraude, preferencialmente com Crivo;
  • Vivência com criação, ajuste e validação de regras antifraude e análise de impacto de políticas;
  • Conhecimento em análise de sistemas, negócios e requisitos funcionais;
  • Capacidade analítica para monitorar indicadores e elaborar relatórios de performance;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para atuar em times multidisciplinares e regionais (LATAM);
  • Desejável: familiaridade com automação de processos, SQL e integrações com sistemas de risco/fraude. Inglês intermediário para leitura e participação em reuniões técnicas.
