Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Participar ativamente do ciclo de desenvolvimento de software, desde a concepção até a implementação, garantindo que as soluções sejam robustas, escaláveis e eficientes.
- Demonstrar proatividade, protagonismo e autonomia para tornar o time mais independente;
- Manter a comunicação fluida e transparente junto ao time;
- Participar de reuniões, eventos e atender solicitações conforme a demanda;
- Identificar e implementar melhorias contínuas na arquitetura e nos processos do time;
- Revisar o código escrito por outros desenvolvedores, fornecendo feedback construtivo para assegurar que os padrões de codificação e as melhores práticas sejam seguidas;
- Documentar processos por meio de textos ou diagramas.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Experiência com desenvolvimento utilizando Java com Spring Boot (Java 8+);
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento utilizando Node com Express ou NestJS (JavaScript e/ou TypeScript);
- Experiência com desenvolvimento utilizando ReactJs (JavaScript e/ou TypeScript);
- Experiência com desenvolvimento utilizando React Native (JavaScript e/ou TypeScript);
- Experiência com desenvolvimento de testes unitários e testes de contrato;
- Experiência com banco de dados Oracle;
- Experiência com banco de dados MongoDB;
- Experiência com mensageria utilizando RabbitMQ;
- Escrever códigos limpos, fáceis de manter e seguindo padrões como SOLID e Clean Code;
- Conhecimento sobre a arquitetura de micro serviços e micro frontends;
- Conhecimento sobre o Sonar e análises de código estático no geral;
- Versionamento de códigos utilizando o Git.
- Já ter atuado no mercado financeiro;
- Automação de processos e/ou testes;
- Conhecimento prévio sobre AWS;
- Conhecimento prévio sobre Docker;
- Conhecimento prévio sobre CI/CD automatizado;
- Conhecimento prévio sobre metodologias ágeis como Scrum ou Kanban.
