• Elaborar Status Reports, materiais executivos e documentação do projeto;
• Revisar soluções propostas, garantindo aderência aos requisitos e identificando melhorias técnicas e funcionais;
• Avaliar o desempenho individual e coletivo do time, contribuindo para ações de melhoria contínua;
• Realizar análise detalhada de requisitos e apoiar a definição de soluções alinhadas ao negócio do cliente;
• Colaborar com equipes técnicas para assegurar coerência entre necessidade, solução e viabilidade;
• Atuar como ponto de contato para temas relacionados ao entendimento do negócio e contexto do cliente;
• Auxiliar na gestão de crises, buscando soluções rápidas e eficientes em situações críticas ou imprevistas;
• Participar de cerimônias ágeis e apoiar práticas de Scrum e gestão de projetos;
• Contribuir para a evolução das soluções que envolvem IA, chatbots, machine learning e integrações.
