Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Analisar e compreender requisitos de negócio junto às áreas envolvidas;
  • Refinar e documentar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais a partir das necessidades do negócio;
  • Definir critérios de aceite para as entregas;
  • Apoiar a priorização e o planejamento das entregas junto ao time;
  • Atuar de forma colaborativa com equipe e cliente, buscando os melhores resultados;
  • Participar e colaborar ativamente dos rituais dos Squads Ágeis.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência em análise e documentação de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, incluindo Scrum e Agile Scale;
  • Vivência ou conhecimento nos domínios de Telecom, Arrecadação, Cobrança e meios de pagamento;
  • Capacidade de atuação colaborativa com times ágeis e stakeholders;
  • Perfil inovador, com curiosidade, protagonismo e interesse por transformação digital.
