Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Atuar em conjunto com o PM na captura das iniciativas advindas dos clientes;
  • Consolidar as iniciativas de negócio e traduzi-las em User Stories para direcionar o time de desenvolvimento;
  • Apoiar na gestão e priorização do backlog do produto;
  • Apoiar o time diariamente na organização das atividades, no cumprimento dos compromissos de entrega das Sprints e na eventual remoção de bloqueios relacionados às definições do papel.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Conhecimento básico em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Vivência ou interesse em atuação como Product Owner ou em áreas de Produto;
  • Capacidade de tradução de demandas de negócio em requisitos funcionais;
  • Comunicação clara e colaborativa para atuação em times multidisciplinares;
  • Organização e capacidade de acompanhamento de atividades e entregas;
  • Interesse em aprendizado contínuo e desenvolvimento na área de Produto.
