Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Garantir a qualidade das soluções de chatbot por meio de testes manuais e automatizados;
  • Criar e executar cenários de teste funcionais, não funcionais, regressão e usabilidade;
  • Colaborar com squads para entender regras de negócio e fluxos do produto;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de QA;
  • Apoiar análises de logs e monitoramento em GCP;
  • Validar fluxos e intenções de chatbot utilizando conceitos de NLP.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência em testes manuais e automação;
  • Conhecimento em Playwright (JavaScript), Ruby para Web, Playwright para Mobile e Behave (Python) para APIs;
  • Noções de GCP e entendimento básico de NLP;
  • Desejável conhecimento em CI/CD e versionamento;
  • Boa comunicação, atenção aos detalhes, perfil questionador e boa colaboração em equipe;
  • Diferenciais: experiência com chatbot, NLP avançado, certificações GCP e ferramentas de monitoramento.
