Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Desenhar e implementar a camada de orquestração com AgentCore Runtime
  • Definir arquitetura de agentes (principal e subagentes), padrões A2A e estratégias de roteamento
  • Implementar lógica de fallback, handoff para Zendesk e gestão de contexto
  • Configurar guardrails, prompt filtering, output moderation e tratamento de PII
  • Liderar decisões técnicas sobre seleção de LLMs e integração com Amazon Bedrock
  • Revisar código, mentorar profissionais mais juniores e garantir a qualidade da arquitetura

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência com Amazon Bedrock e integração com LLMs
  • Arquitetura multi-agente e protocolos A2A
  • Python e desenvolvimento de APIs RESTful
  • Experiência com LangChain e/ou LangFlow
  • Engenharia de prompt e implementação de guardrails
  • Experiência com AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
  • Arquitetura de software e arquitetura cloud
  • Conhecimento em segurança aplicada a LLMs
  • Versionamento com Git
