Responsabilidades e atribuições

  •  Identify and develop new opportunities in existing and greenfield enterprise customers;
  • Networking to enhance the company's presence and outreach;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital transformation technology, including industry best practices in industry sectors such as Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and Manufacturing;
  • Creation and execution of business development plans;
  • Deliver against business and opportunity generation goals while delighting customers;
  • Drive country/region sales strategy and generate and develop new business opportunities;
  • Own business generation, forecasting and strategic goals;
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline;
  • Develop Account and GTM Plan and execute to achieve goals;
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Compass Offers/services;
  • Work with Cloud Sales Engineer as one team to deliver best in class solutions and proposals that address customer business needs;
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level;
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requisitos e qualificações

  •  Interpersonal skills for establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Sales expertise in technical solutions involving cloud migration, data-driven initiatives, and AI;
  • Solid knowledge on Cloud solutions, especially AWS solutions;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer acquisition, focusing on proactive sales initiatives and overseeing the entire sales process from initial identification and qualification to contract negotiation and signing;
  • 5+ years of business development / quota-carrying sales experience in the technology industry with Cloud Solutions
  • Comfortable with 50% travel expectations;
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations;
  • Excellent self-discipline and experience of using CRM systems and sales forecasting;
  • Technically savvy;
  • Proven experience in steering the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closure, ensuring consistent and successful outcomes. Best-in-class pipeline generation, deal management and solution selling;
  • Proven Business and Technical Acumen;
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English);
  • Based in Bogota (Colombia) or Mexico City (Mexico).
