• Ser responsável pela elaboração da jornada de usuário entendendo os fluxos e dores dos canais do cliente;
• Realizar entrevistas com key-users;
• Desenhar em conjunto com o cliente personas e tom de voz da solução de IA;
• Propor persona e tom de voz do chatbot;
• Escrever os roteiros de navegação e conteúdos digitais necessários para que o usuário tenha uma boa experiência;
• Realizar junto ao time de curadoria a revisão das fraseologias para atualização de conteúdo do chatbot;
• Criar fluxos conversacionais de chatbot ou voicebot;
• Analisar e propor implementações no layout visando a melhor experiência para o usuário;
• Aplicar Heurísticas para Chatbot.

• Conceitos de soluções de inteligência artificial;
• Conhecimentos nas plataformas Figma e Miro;
• Experiência com UX Writing e Design Thinking;
• Conhecimento em soluções conversacionais;
• Conhecimento sobre o negócio do cliente;
• Conhecimento em plataformas de UX;
• Experiência em chatbot;
• Atuar com metodologia ágil;
• Desejável: Conhecimentos em VUI.
