Account Executive - US (Remote)

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Engage with AWS Sales teams to build and execute tactical and strategic go-to-market campaigns to acquire new customers 
  • Maintain communication and reporting cadence with regional Sales key stakeholders at AWS 
  • Meet with AWS Sales teams in AWS offices weekly 
  • Generate sales and promote market growth within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets 
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using various channels 
  • Execute in-territory events with the support of internal team 
  • Execute complex sales plays and campaigns for new customer opportunities 
  • Manage customer relationships to maximize lifetime value per customer 
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal generation, go-to-market, and customer success 
  • Expand relationships with existing customers to identify revenue opportunities and retain customers 
  • Work with sales leadership to identify trends, areas for improvement, and competitive advantages 
  • Manage SFDC daily to ensure accurate pipeline data 

  

Requisitos e qualificações

  • 7+ years of proven professional services sales experience with AWS 
  • Existing relationship with AWS Sales Teams in the SMB/Mi-Enterprise Segment 
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with business leaders 
  • Experience building proposals and negotiating contracts, deliverables, and pricing 
  • Enthusiasm for working in a growth-focused environment and ability to be cross-functional 
  • Natural curiosity and excitement to learn new technology, sell, and succeed as an individual and as a team 
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing $250K+ professional services engagements and managing complex sales cycles 
  • Ability to function as a meaningful team member to create value for Compass UOL, employees, partners, and customers 
  • A self-starter with a track record of over-achieving quota 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with C-suite executives about complex subject matter both verbally and in writing 
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification to be achieved within the first 30 days of employment at Compass UOL 
  • Must be able and willing to manage 50% or more travel;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Preferably based in Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, Austin, or Miami.
