Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Liderar um ou mais times de desenvolvimento no projeto;
  • Atuar como elo entre tecnologia e desenvolvimento, garantindo alinhamento e colaboração entre as partes;
  • Resolver problemas e remover impedimentos para garantir a fluidez das entregas;
  • Promover boas práticas de desenvolvimento e revisão de processos;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos processos de mudança e alinhamento à estratégia da empresa;
  • Facilitar a comunicação entre stakeholders e o time técnico, garantindo clareza nas demandas e expectativas;
  • Monitorar a evolução do projeto, garantindo entregas dentro dos prazos e alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência em implementação Salesforce - CRM;
  • Experiências em métodos ágeis (scrum, kanban, métricas, backlog, user stories, entre outros)
  • Capacidade analítica, com visão sistêmica e de processos;
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e habilidade de gestão de conflitos.
