Você fará parte do nosso time de People Operations, atuando nos processos de férias, rescisões, admissões e gestão de benefícios legais. Neste momento, estamos implementando o sistema SAP, e você terá um papel estratégico na parametrização e será um dos usuários-chave durante todo o projeto. Após a conclusão da implantação, seu foco principal será a execução e melhoria contínua desses processos de RH.

• Atuar como referência técnica no módulo SAP HCM PY, incluindo parametrizações, regras de cálculo e customizações;
• Implementar e testar novas funcionalidades, melhorias legais ou customizações no SAP (férias, rescisões, admissões, benefícios legais);
• Monitorar e apoiar as integrações entre o SAP e sistemas satélites (ex: controle de ponto, bancos, benefícios);
• Garantir a conformidade legal com a legislação vigente, especialmente nas entregas de obrigações acessórias via eSocial (eventos como S-1200, S-1210, entre outros);
• Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários da área de RH, realizando troubleshooting e propondo melhorias;
• Elaborar, atualizar e manter a documentação técnica e funcional dos processos de folha dentro do SAP.
• Conduzir processos de férias, rescisões, admissões e gestão de benefícios legais.

• Experiência em Departamento Pessoal, com foco em férias, rescisões, admissões, controle de ponto e gestão de benefícios;
• Experiência com o módulo SAP HCM;
• Vivência prática com os processos legais do eSocial e suas entregas no SAP;
• Perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade na resolução de problemas.
