Responsabilidades e atribuições


  • Projetar, desenvolver e operacionalizar pipelines de GenAI utilizando serviços AWS;
  • Implementar arquiteturas com foco em Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OCR, e NLP;
  • Criar e manter pipelines de LLMOps com foco em automação, rastreabilidade e versionamento de modelos;
  • Utilizar serviços como Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3 e API Gateway para implementar soluções robustas;
  • Participar ativamente da experimentação, fine-tuning e avaliação de modelos proprietários e de terceiros;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com times de negócio, produto e engenharia para transformar requisitos em soluções de IA práticas;
  • Criar automações e boas práticas de DevOps/MLOps adaptadas à realidade de GenAI.

Requisitos e qualificações



  • Sólida experiência prática com serviços AWS para AI/ML/GenAI (ex: Bedrock, SageMaker, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.);
  • Experiência com AWS (Bedrock);
  • Experiência com DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps em ambientes de produção;
  • Experiência com NLP, OCR (ex: Textract, Tesseract, etc.) e arquiteturas RAG;
  • Domínio de Python e bibliotecas voltadas para AI/LLMs (ex: LangChain, Transformers, boto3);
  • Langgraph ou Langchain;
  • Capacidade de operar com autonomia, com perfil orientado à entrega e resolução de problemas técnicos complexos;
  • Familiaridade com controle de versão,testes automatizados, CI/CD e boas práticas de engenharia de software.
