Responsabilidades e atribuições


  • Projetar, desenvolver e otimizar modelos de machine learning, deep learning e NLP;
  • Atuar como referência técnica em projetos de IA, apoiando engenheiros e cientistas de dados;
  • Conduzir revisões de código e promover práticas robustas e escaláveis de engenharia de software;
  • Facilitar workshops e reuniões técnicas, garantindo alinhamento entre áreas;
  • Definir e garantir a adoção das melhores práticas em engenharia de IA, desde a arquitetura até o monitoramento;
  • Avaliar soluções, frameworks e ferramentas, orientando decisões estratégicas;
  • Integrar modelos de IA a pipelines de dados, sistemas legados e ambientes produtivos;
  • Traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas viáveis;
  • Documentar arquiteturas, decisões técnicas e processos.


Requisitos e qualificações


  • Experiência com Projetar, desenvolver e otimizar modelos de machine learning, deep learning e NLP;
  • Experiência com AWS (especialmente Amazon Bedrock);
  • Conhecimento em plataformas financeiras como Oracle;
  • Experiência com construção de bots conversacionais (ex: Slack);
  • Sólida atuação com projetos de IA aplicados a negócios reais;
  • Conhecimento em integração de modelos de IA a pipelines de dados, sistemas legados e ambientes produtivos.
