• Liderar time de CG e garantir padrões técnicos e artísticos;
• Definir, documentar e implementar pipeline 3D;
• Gerenciar fluxo de assets e integração na Unity;
• Otimizar para VR, Mobile e multiplataforma;
• Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares;
• Solucionar gargalos técnicos e propor melhorias.

• Experiência com Unity 3D e gestão de pipelines de produção 3D;
• Domínio de Maya e Substance Painter/Designer;
• Conhecimento em controle de versão (Git, Plastic SCM);
• Experiência com otimização de malhas, texturas e iluminação para VR e Mobile;
• Integração de assets na Unity;
• Conhecimento em workflows PBR, iluminação em tempo real e light baking;
• Experiência com scripts em Python e C# (ferramentas customizadas para Unity);
• Conhecimento em rigging, skinning e animação em tempo real;
• Experiência com fotogrametria e escaneamento 3D;
• Domínio de portabilidade multiplataforma (Mobile, VR, WebGL);
• Experiência com VFX na Unity e asset management avançado.
• Desejáveis: Vivência com desenvolvimento em Unity 3D, Maya, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Plastic SCM/Git, Python, C#, ferramentas customizadas para Unity e WebGL.
