• Atuar como ponto de referência técnica no projeto, coordenando atividades e definindo prioridades;
• Garantir a qualidade do código e aderência aos padrões de desenvolvimento estabelecidos;
• Apoiar na arquitetura de soluções e na tomada de decisões técnicas estratégicas;
• Realizar code reviews e mentoria técnica da equipe;
• Colaborar com áreas de produto, design e QA para assegurar entregas alinhadas ao escopo e prazos;
• Monitorar a performance das aplicações e propor melhorias contínuas.

• Experiência sólida atuando como Líder Técnico ou Tech Lead em projetos de desenvolvimento de software;
• Forte conhecimento em Java e Spring Boot;
• Domínio em React para desenvolvimento front-end;
• Conhecimento avançado em arquitetura de sistemas, APIs REST e integrações;
• Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban);
• Capacidade de conduzir code reviews e implementar boas práticas de engenharia de software;
• Experiência com controle de versão utilizando Git;
• Desejáveis: Experiência prévia em projetos de e-commerce ou digital commerce, Conhecimento em pipelines CI/CD, Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade.
